The Traitor
French papers recently received tell of the arrival of Capt. Dreyfus, the French traitor, at the “Isle de Diable,” where he is to be imprisoned. He is under strict guard and is only allowed to walk in a plot 400 feet square. Should he go beyond this the soldiers are ordered to use their arms. He is naturally extremely unhappy.
