DENVER, Col., Sept. 9.-- a special to the Republican from Santa Fe, N.M., says The Blackdom Townsite company was incorporated today with a capital stock of $10,000. The purpose is to establish a colony of negroes from the southern states in Chavez county, the name of the town to be Blackdom.
