Denver, Colo., Sept. 10.—A special to the Republican from Santa Fe, N. M., says the Blackdom Townsite company was incorporated today with a capital stock of $10.000. The purpose is to establish a colony of negroes from the Southern state in Chaves county, the name of the town to be Blackdom.
