DENVER, Col., Sept. 9.-- A special to the Republican from Santa Fe, N.M., says the Blackdom Townsite company was incorporated today with a capital stock of $10,000. The purpose is to establish a colony of negroes from the southern states in Chavez county, the name of the town to be Blackdom.
