Santa Fe, N. M. Sept. 10 —The Blackdom Townsite Company was incorporated at Santa Fe, N. M., with a capital stock of $10,000. The purpose is to establish a colony of negroes from the southern states in Chavez County, the name of the town to be Blackdom.
