Denver, Sept. 9--A special to the Republican from Santa Fe, N. M., says the Blackdom Townsite company was incorporated to-day with a capital of $10,000. The purpose is to establish a colony of negroes from the southern states in Chaves county, the name of the town to be Blackdom.
