Santa Fe., N. M., Sept. 10.--The Blackdom Townsite company was incorporated with a capital stock of $10,000. The purpose is to establish a colony of negroes from the Southern states in Chavez county, the name of town to be Blackdom.

Mittie Moore Wilson, local negress, was arrested this morning by police officers on a charge of possession of intoxicating liquor. She interred a plea of not guilty when arraigned before Judge Winston and her trial was set for 10 O’Clock tomorrow morning. Officers said that they found a considerable quantity of liquor in her possession.
