A complaint was filed this morning in Judge Winston’s court by Mittie Moore Wilson against Eddie Moore, charging abuse and threats of violence. No disposition has been made in this case. Noma Sanders pleaded guilty to a charge of vagrancy and was given a fine of $17.50 which she paid. Edgar below pleaded not guilty to a charge of reckless driving, the case being set for ten O’clock tomorrow.
Will Pool Acreage
The Blackdom people are making final arrangements to pool their land and when it is all in they expect to have in excess of 10,000 acres. This land is to be put in a Roswell bank and kept there until some drilling company comes along with an acceptable proposition.
